Downloadable items

Please note that when you buy a downloadable item, you are buying the secret and information. Once you have access to it, we are not simply able to revoke your access. This means that you have no item to return.

For this reason, we do not offer refunds on downloadable items.

If you feel that you are completely unsatisfied with the download, you are still able to express your dissatisfaction via our contact form and we will discuss with you.

Physical items

At present we are not offering physical items. Once we do start offering them, we will be sure to update this returns policy.
